Our Founder
Danielle Griffith, owner and founder of MedPro Healthcare Training, LLC. Her journey in healthcare began long before degrees or job titles—at home, with her younger sister Bridget. Bridget was nonverbal and a quadriplegic, and from a young age, she took on a caregiving role. Helping Bridget navigate daily life taught her the values of patience, empathy, and resilience. Bridget didn’t just shape her childhood—she shaped her purpose. Caring for her sister gave Danielle the passion and direction that led her to dedicate her life to healthcare.
Danielle officially began her academic journey at the University of Michigan, earning a degree in Brain, Behavior, and Cognitive Science. Her first professional role was as a Program Coordinator at Eisenhower Center in Ann Arbor, a renowned traumatic brain injury facility. Working closely with patients recovering from life-altering injuries deepened her commitment to serving others and ultimately led her to pursue nursing.
In 2015, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and became a licensed Registered Nurse in Michigan. Over the years, she gained hands-on experience in hospitals, long-term care facilities, and home health settings. Her desire to continue growing brought her back to school, and in 2019, she completed her Master of Science in Nursing, becoming a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner.
Beyond clinical work, she found joy in teaching and mentorship. She has served as an nursing adjunct professor for different colleges and Universities where she helped educate and inspire the next generation of healthcare professionals.
With extensive knowledge, education, and a heart for service, Danielle established MedPro Healthcare Training, LLC to combine her love of care with her commitment to education. Through MedPro, she continues to empower aspiring healthcare workers with the skills and confidence to succeed in the medical field.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Training – 3 Week Fast-Track Program
Our accelerated course is designed to provide you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to deliver safe, compassionate care as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
Through a combination of classroom instruction, hands-on lab practice, and real-world clinical experience, you will learn essential CNA skills such as:
Basic patient care and daily living assistance
Vital signs monitoring and documentation
Infection control and safety procedures
Communication and teamwork in healthcare settings
Upon successful completion of the program, students will be fully prepared to sit for the Michigan CNA state certification exam.

Heartsaver® Courses
Heartsaver® courses are designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion care for their job, regulatory (for example, OSHA), or other requirements.
Basic Life Support & CPR
The American Heart Association BLS Provider course is an instructor-led class and teaches both single-rescuer and team basic life support skills for application in both prehospital and in-facility environments.
